Trial Sample & Quote For Stock Packaging

Drawing & 3D Sample For Customized Design
For custom packaging designs, once we finalize the design and direction, we'll send a quote covering mold costs and pricing, accompanied by an estimated timeline for development. Our technicians will then initiate the technical drawings for your approval, followed by a 3D sample. Upon confirmation, we proceed to build the production mold and trial sample.

Pre-purchase Test For Stock Packaging
Prior to official procurement, diverse tests are commonly performed to verify the product's integrity. These tests include but not limited to functional testing, leak testing, compatibility testing, visual inspection, filling testing, user experience testing, and more.

Pre-purchase Test For Customized Packaging
For products with subsequent processes, such as metalizing, color-painting, frosting, soft-touch finish, printing, foil hot stamping, and more, it is essential to perform additional inspections for both appearance and decoration processes. These inspections involve color verification, graphic confirmation, process validation, durability, and abrasion resistance testing.
